Economist Conference: The management of the demographic problem in Greece requires immediate answers to a series of problems

The management of the demographic problem in Greece requires immediate responses to the problems created in the labor market as well as to the aging of the Greek population, which in turn will have an impact on the retirement of future generations as well as on the health sector. In her intervention at the Economist conference, the Minister of Labor and Social Security, Domna Michaelidou, noted that policies are needed that will include the labor market, demographic groups beyond the ages of 25-45, where Greece in this age group has the lowest unemployment in Europe .
